Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to start the process of returning a product, please get in touch with our customer service staff by sending an email to In addition to the order number, you are required to include as much relevant information as you can, such as your complete name, address, phone number of contact, and the reason for the return. If the request to return the goods is granted, we will give you shipping instructions for sending the package back to us. The consumer has the option of requesting a replacement, getting a refund, or receiving store credit after the returned goods have been received and reviewed by our staff members.

Damaged or missing goods

Please send us an email with a picture of the damaged or wrong item. Only if your request is accepted will you receive your money back.

Wrong products

Please send us an email with a photo of the packing slip and the erroneous item(s) attached if you think we sent you the wrong item(s). If your refund request is approved, please return it back to us so we can begin the necessary steps.

Possible forms of compensation

If your purchase meets any of the aforementioned criteria, we provide a variety of options to help you fix the problem.

  • Process a complete refund on your purchase(s)
  • The total price of your order or product(s) will be added to your account.
  • Send you a replacement item for free through USPS First Class shipping.

In the event that you make a purchase and submit your address or payment information in an incorrect way, we are not obligated to provide a refund or give any other kind of compensation to you. Verifying that the information you give is accurate is a responsibility that falls on your shoulders.

Products that are considered consumable cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, foods, cartridges, tinctures, batteries, and other things that are functionally equivalent to these items. When it comes to products that are deemed consumable, there is no option to get your money back under any circumstances.
