There is a 30-day period under our policy. But, remember, after a period of 30 days from your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges.


  • You are free to cancel a purchase at any point until it is shipped.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A return of the product is required in order to obtain a refund.
  • You will get a refund after we have received and processed your return.

Your refund will not be processed without a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return it. BUT! Your product must be unopened and unused, and it must be in the same condition that you received it in order for you to be eligible for a return. In addition to that, the product must still be in the original packing.

REMEMBER! We cannot issue a refund for any product that has been opened, used, damaged, or missing parts for any reason other than our fault or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

There are a few categories of products that cannot be sent back for a refund. Products that spoil quickly, such as edibles and flowers. In addition, only products with standard prices may be returned for a refund; sadly, sale products cannot be returned for a refund.

After your return has been received, it will be inspected, and then we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your package and have inspected it. In addition to this, you will be notified whether or not your request for a refund has been accepted.

If your request for a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a refund will be automatically made to the credit card you used for the initial transaction or the original mode of payment, whichever was applicable.


As soon as your order has been processed, you will be sent an email including your order number. Processing orders typically require anywhere from 3 to 8 business days.

You will get another email with your tracking number enclosed as soon as your order has been processed.

After 3 to 8 business days, if you have not received a confirmation email or tracking number from us, please get in touch with us so that we can further assist you.

In the event of a large flow of shipments (during promotional and holiday periods), shipments may be delayed throughout the United States, so we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. 

We cannot issue a refund for your purchase if you make the mistake of entering the incorrect address and do not contact us before the order is shipped.

At this time, we are only able to ship orders within the United States. Because CBD is illegal in some states, please check your state’s regulations before placing an order.

Shipping & Returns

Orders that are made before 1 PM CST will be processed the same day, and shipment will occur on the next business day. However, every order made after 1 PM CST will not be processed until the next day and will not be dispatched until the day after that.
